**Refund/Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy.
If user wants to return a product please email us at [email protected].
We accept returns if the Product is Dead on Arrival(DOA) or in case of cosmetic damage, in the case of DOA or cosmetic damage, user will have to contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product and provide a video showing the faulty product (and its fault) with the SN code on the backside of the product box.
After we approve the refund/return request, user will have to ship the product within 7 days counting from the date of receiving the product.
Other than DOA, we only accept the return request, if the box of the product is unopened and we have been notified about the return request within 72 hours of receiving the products (Receiving time is determined by the shipment delivered time given by our courier partner).
If the return is approved, a 15% restocking fee will be applied, you will get further directions on shipping the package back to us.
No refund will be provided if the box of the product is opened and or the product have been used.
Issues like spit backs, leaking, burned coils are not covered in warranty. Please do your research properly before buying the product.
All the products we offer are original and covered by Manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty card can be found within the sealed box of any given product. Please keep the Warranty card safely for claiming it from the manufacturer. Please contact the given manufacturer in case of any issue.
Here are the steps you will want to take:
1. Contact VAPELAB via the Contact Us page. To get the approval from us to send the product back.
2. Repack the product including all original parts, packing materials, instructions, etc. Everything must be returned exactly as you received. Poor repackaging or the return of damaged product could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement product. Products MUST not have any damage/have been used.
4. Refund will be initiated within 10 business days after the returned item has been received by us in satisfactory condition.
We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
